Aquarion Warns of Low Water Pressure In Newtown, Asks For Limited Watering

NEWTOWN, Conn. -- High demand for water in the heat of the summer may cause some customers to experience low water pressure, according to the WLAD-AM website.

People in Newtown, who may be experiencing low water pressure, are being asked to limit their outdoor watering to "hand-held watering."

Aquarion Water Co., which recently notified its customers in Newtown of the issue, is requesting that people there limit outdoor watering to "hand-held watering," according to WLAD.

The request remains in effect until the evening of Tuesday, July 26, WLAD reports.
