CT Troopers Seek Suspect In Fraudulent Credit Card Investigation

Connecticut State Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to identify two suspects who recently used fraudulent credit cards during a lengthy spending spree.

State police released surveillance video on Monday of two suspects who allegedly used the fraudulent credit cards at Walgreens, Walmart and Chicago Sam’s Sports Bar and Grill in Cromwell on Jan. 23.

Police said that the credit card belonged to a Washington, Conn. resident who noticed the suspicious activity on his credit card statement and alerted law enforcement officials.

Anyone who may know the identity of either suspect or identifies them have been asked to contact Trooper Kenney #628 at Troop L by calling (860) 626-7900 or texting TIP711 with information to 274637.
