NEWTOWN, Conn. — Len Pozner, whose 6-year-old son Noah was one of the 20 first-graders and six educators killed at Sandy Hook School, spoke out on CNN against people who believe the 2012 shooting was a hoax — one of whom threatened to kill him.

In an interview with Anderson Cooper on "AC360," Pozner, said he has made it his mission to get the hoax content that appears online taken down. He created an organization called the HONR Networks , to bring awareness to the cruelty and criminality of hoaxer activity.

A Tampa woman was indicted last week on four federal counts of making death threats against Pozner , CNN said. According to the federal indictment, Lucy Richards, 57, called him and said, "You gonna die, death is coming you real soon," and "death is coming to you real soon and there's nothing you can do about it," CNN said.

She made the series of death threats on Jan. 10, against Pozner, who lives in South Florida.

Court officials said Richards believes that the school shooting was a hoax and never happened, which motivated her to make the threats.

If convicted, each count carries a maximum term of five years in prison.

The fourth anniversary of the deadly shootings at the Newtown school is Wednesday, Dec. 14.
