BETHEL, Conn. -- The Bethel Fire Department used bolt cutters to extricate a child got stuck in a shopping cart Sunday at Caraluzzi's Bethel Food Market.
The Bethel Fire Department responded to a call Sunday to free a young girl stuck in a shopping cart at a Bethel grocery store.
