BETHEL, Conn. -- The Bethel Fire Department used bolt cutters to extricate a child got stuck in a shopping cart Sunday at Caraluzzi's Bethel Food Market.

Lieutenant F.J. Oldham quickly used the bolt cutters to free the young girl, who was unharmed and all smiles after the ordeal, according to the Fire Department.
