Gary Hubina, 63, of Fairfield Avenue, became hostile and ignored a request for him to leave, using the bathroom instead at the Parker-Harding Plaza eatery, witnesses told police.

When he did leave, he used profanity against staff and customers, witnesses said.

Hubina was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and breach of peace.

He was unable to post a $500 bond and was transported to court for arraignment on Wednesday.
