Eric Kusheba, who also lives on Tunxis Hill Road but was not known to the family, cut a screen window, entered the teen's bedroom and watched her sleep around 5:30 a.m., police said.

Officers found a set of brass knuckles in Kusheba's robe’s pocket, and a search of his smartphone at police headquarters showed he was in possession of images of child pornography, police said.

Kusheba was charged with home invasion, carrying a dangerous weapon, voyeurism, second-degree stalking, third-degree criminal mischief and possession of child pornography.

Kusheba went to court after he was arrested and his bond was $500,000.

The case is under police investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fairfield Police Detective Bureau at 203-254-4840.
