The mulch pile is on Button Shop Road, the post said Wednesday. The Sandy Hook Volunteer Fire & Rescue has also assisted at the scene with an additional tanker.

The mulch pile continues to burn on the inside, and the fire occasionally reaches the surface and ignites, causing a heavy smoke condition in the area, the Facebook post said.
