BETHEL, Conn. – Two people were injured and a dog was killed in a car crash in downtown Bethel caused by a drunken driver on Sunday afternoon, according to the Danbury News-Times .
Two Bethel residents in the car were extricated and taken to Danbury Hospital with non-threatening injuries after the crash at School Street and P.T. Barnum Square, the Danbury News-Times reported.
Kayla Lashway, 31, of Naugatuck was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive right and failure to drive in the proper lane, the story said.Click here to read the full story at the Danbury News-Times website.
