NEWTOWN, Conn. — A Newtown teacher who was mad that a student had parked in his parking spot in June, was arrested Monday and accused of letting the air out of the student's tire at Pomperaug High School in Southbury, according to the Connecticut State Police.

Edward Kimble, 52, who turned himself in on a warrant, was charged with reckless endangerment and released on $500 bond, said Connecticut State Police Officer Robert Bette.

According to Bette, the student had permission to park in the spot because other parking was unavailable.
