BETHEL, Conn. -- The Bethel School District will host a Parent University at Bethel Middle School on Thursday, Feb. 23.

The event runs from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The presentation provides parents and caregivers with information and skills to promote their children's academic, social and emotional growth and development. The goal is to increase the number of parents and caregivers who feel connected to their children's school.

Sessions offered include internet safety, kindergarten orientation, strategies to regulate stress and transitioning to each of the various schools in the district.
