Police: Norwalk Man Facing Serious Sex Charges Involving Juveniles NORWALK, Conn. — A Norwalk man is facing serious sex charges that involve juvenile complainants, police said Tuesday. Anyri Thompson, 24, of 3 Lawrence St., was charged with two counts each of first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child as well as criminal attempt to commit sexual assault. Police were being tightlipped about the investigation and said little more than releasing the charges and noting that more than one juvenile was involved. His bond was set at $100,000. Thompson's next court date is April 20.

Contractor Charged With Stealing Items From Home In Westport WESTPORT, Conn. — A contractor stole boots, a jacket and sunglasses while working on a Woodway Lane home in January, Westport Police said. Jeffrey Chirillo, 36, of Milford, who ran Chirillo Contracting, was arrested Sunday and charged with third-degree larceny and being an unregistered contractor. He was held for arraignment in court on Monday. Late Night Rowdiness At Sky Hookah Lounge In Fairfield Angers Neighbors FAIRFIELD, Conn. — People who live near a controversial Fairfield hookah lounge are angry and say the late-night club has turned their neighborhood upside down. The Sky Hookah Lounge at 685 Kings Highway E. has been open for about eight years, said resident Cheryl Churchill. Engineer Charged In Two October Burglaries In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. — A man who has been employed for two decades as an engineer was arrested by Norwalk Police on charges that he tried to break into a pair of Norwalk businesses last October. Nicholas Reppenhagen, 38, of 1019 Roosevelt Drive, Derby, was arrested Saturday and held for arraignment Monday. Teen Suffers Serious Injury At New Canaan Party; Police Investigating NEW CANAAN, Conn. — A male teenager suffered a serious injury at a "youth party" Saturday night on Oenoke Ridge Road, and New Canaan Police are investigating to determe what happened. Police said the boy was taken to Norwalk Hospital but had no more information on the teen's condition or what happened to him. Westport Police: Trumbull Motorcyclist Popped Wheelie During Chase WESTPORT, Conn. — A motorcyclist did a celebratory "wheelie" as he raced away from a Westport Police officer and escaped down Interstate 95 last month, police said. Police, School Vow To Find Person Who Left Threatening Note At Darien High DARIEN, Conn. — For the second time in three days, Darien High School was rattled Friday by a threatening message.
