A newspaper delivery driver called 911 at about 4 a.m. to report the fire in an area near downtown Bethel.

Crews from Bethel and Stony Hill responded to the full structure fire. Bethel Car 3 was first on the scene and confirmed a working fire.

Crews from both departments worked quickly to gain entry to the building and extinguish the blaze. Tower 1 cut a large hole in the roof to help ease the heavy smoke conditions throughout the building.

There were no injuries, and the cause is under investigation by the Bethel Fire Marshal's office.
