Police responded to 20 Railroad Ave Tuesday, Dec. 11 around 1 p.m. after a female reported being harassed by a male. Police determined the subject to be New York City resident Albert Davis, who had allegedly created a public disturbance by repeatedly touching and harassing the woman after being asked to stop.

Davis was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree breach of peace. He was unable to post his $250 bond and is being held at Greenwich Police Department.

Davis is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, Dec. 26.
