Tara’s older sister, Taylor, volunteered in Thailand and South Africa — thousands of miles from the family’s home in Bridgeport. Man Intentionally Floods Westport Cell Block After His Arrest WESTPORT, Conn. — A 36-year-old Norwalk man intentionally flooded his jail cell after he was arrested by Westport police Tuesday on an outstanding warrant, police said. Westport officers responded to a Saugatuck Avenue residence on a report of a disturbance in progress early Tuesday morning. During their investigation, officers discovered that Carlos Gudino had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court for a narcotics violation, police said.
