Police: Man, 26, Leads Officers On Chase Through Norwalk Housing Complex NORWALK, Conn. — A 26-year-old Norwalk man led officers on a foot chase through the Colonial Village housing complex Sunday night after a suspected drug sale, police said. Officers on patrol from the special services unit came across two men who they believed had engaged in a hand-to-hand drug sale at 8:13 p.m., police said. Police: Man Injured in Early Morning Shooting Near House Party in Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. — A man sustained “non-life threatening” injuries in a shooting near a house party in Norwalk early Saturday morning, police said. Officers responded to the area of 68 Winfield Street for a report of shots fired at 12:43 a.m. They located numerous people in the area due to a house party, police said. Man Charged With Abusing 2-Year-Old Girl Lured Family To Connecticut NORWALK, Conn. — A 31-year-old Norwalk man charged with child abuse had lured a woman from California, then beat and starved her 2-year-old daughter, according to police and The Hour. Norwalk Man, 31, Charged With Abusing 2-Year-Old Girl NORWALK, Conn. — A 31-year-old Norwalk man was charged Thursday with child abuse following an investigation by the Norwalk Police Department's special victims unit, police said.
